Norco Transmission Jack with a 1/2-ton capacity features a lift height from 7-3/4" to 30-3/8". Designed for the removal and installation of transmissions or differentials on cars and light trucks, this floor-use jack features a fully-adjustable universal saddle (25° forwards, 13° backwards, and 19° side-to-side) with adjustable corner brackets to position the transmission and a safety chain to secure it. This unit also includes a safety by-pass system to protect the cylinder, a safety overload system to prevent the jack from being used beyond its rated capacity, and a flash-chromed ram to stop rust from entering the hydraulic system. The unit's 360°-rotating handle operates in any position, and four full-swivel, ball-bearing caster wheels allow for easy positioning. This jack also features a wide chassis for efficient load distribution and stability, and eight optional saddle adapters are included for use with specific transmissions.
