This unit's state-of-the-art design reduces repair time, with a "Parkerized" ram, pump piston, and extension screw to prevent rust, as well as a 50% safety overload factor. This jack provides a longer wear life due to internally-machined oil passages, smooth bearing surfaces, and close tolerances, and the jack's cold-headed extension screw and release valve eliminate parts and reduce the chances of breakage and excessive wear. The unit's safety oil by-pass system prevents the ram from being overextended and causing damage to the cylinder, and this jack includes a 20" two-piece, zinc-plated pumping handle.
