Norco Engine Crane with a foldable, truck-mounted design and 1/2-ton capacity features a boom height from 0" to 68-1/2" and overall size of 64"H x 14"W x 46-1/4"L. This crane, made in the USA, mounts in the bed of a truck or on a loading dock and is designed to raise, lower, and transport automobile engines, transmissions, differentials, and other heavy loads with minimal effort. The unit's four-position telescopic boom folds down for traveling or storage, and the included winch, with a 5-to-1 gear ratio, comes with a 20'-long 1/4"-diameter steel cable and hook to pull the load toward the boom. While the hydraulically-activated boom lifts the load to the desired height, the winch's gear design can act as a brake and, if desired, allow the load to be lowered incrementally without the need for constant hand pressure against the crank handle. This crane also swivels 360° but can be locked in position. Note: Freight charges for this product will be calculated after order is placed, and we will contact you with the amount.
